30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@mechmaxxshop.us with your order number to receive return instructions and an authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover the return freight.
Warranty
Every machine is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims.
