Shipping Policy

At MechMaxx we ship direct to your door from our U.S. warehouses in Texas, Georgia, Nevada, and Ohio. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and freight handling.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email at checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days. Larger freight items may require additional transit time depending on your location. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free Freight Shipping
We offer free freight shipping on qualifying orders within the continental United States. Freight carriers will contact you to schedule curbside delivery for large machines.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Order page.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at contact@mechmaxxshop.us so we can make it right.
